My name’s Lindsay Dick. I’m a director, consultant, and lawyer focusing exclusively on high-growth, innovative businesses.

Greenfields Exploration
I am an Executive Director at Greenfields Exploration, a leading Greenlandic mineral exploration company. We have successfully completed some of the most ambitious polar mineral exploration in history.
Greenfields goes first, farthest, and smartest. We have successfully developed and sold three mineral projects, been recognised as the Greenlandic Explorer of the Year, and have been the subject of a major documentary series.
Through Greenfields I have developed a rare insight into Arctic mineral exploration logistics, investment, and policy. For half a decade I have been a thought leader in each aspect.

I am a consultant working with rapidly growing businesses to secure funding and finalise ambitious, market-leading deals. I specialise in unconventional, high-growth markets. I assist firms which can see the future in getting set up for when the rest of the world catches up.
I am pursuing a ground-breaking logistics venture which aims to revolutionise industry practice across an entire geographical region.

I join your team as an advisor, and act as an intermediary between you and your appointed professional advisers. I work with you closely to deeply understand your business goals and challenges, and ensure that these are effectively communicated to the deal team. I fill many of the roles of the typical expert non-executive director, except I work for the company and don’t take board fees. My fees are based on a retainer with hourly rate when things get busy (ie when we almost have a deal).
